Our ethics and values of equality within the home improvements industry began 20 years ago through one of our founding members, Julie Kennedy.

Julie entered into the trade at a time where female plumbers were few and far between, giving Julie the opportunity to make a difference.

Over the last 20 years Julie has created an outstanding reputation for a professional, polite and friendly service; we are here to carry this reputation forward by extending our team through Assured Traders.

We believe in treating our customers homes in the way we treat our own, with respect and care.

Our homes are our safe place, our retreat and so when things go wrong, we appreciate it causes stress and worry; we are here to take that worry away.
